What is the Tap Pharmacy Care Program (PCP)?

 

​Tap PCP is a free patient program that provides assistance to our patients to help them understand and adhere to their drug therapy treatment.

Patients with specialty medications are automatically enrolled in our program and may opt out any time. 

 

While in the Tap PCP, our clinical pharmacists will coordinate with your providers if there is any side effects or changes that you may experience. Our clinical pharmacists take a proactive step to make sure you experience no side effects, ensure effectiveness and compliance of your medications and provide 24 hours seven days a week phone support for all your pharmacy needs
